Who owns My Domain?

When you place your order and select your domain to be registered, you will enter your contact information as the registrant.

Whomever is listed as the registrant is essentially the owner of the domain.

If you are concerned with privacy, you may want to consider adding ID Protection to your domain. This service hides your personal/company details listed in the WHOIS from the public eye and thus protects your identity from any type of online/offline abuse.
