Your billing date is on or the same day of the month that you ordered your website on. If you do not cancel before the expiration of your hosting period (6 month or 12 month), you will be sent an invoice to continue your hosting. You are not obligated to continue hosting. However, you should cancel your website as described below to prevent invoices and followup notifications.
You can cancel your website either by clicking the Access Client Area to Upgrade or Cancel button in your website admin or by accessing the client portal.

Log into the client portal: https://www.onlinecandidate.com/clients/clientarea.php
- Click the the blue Services Box, The View All link in Your Active Products/Services, or you can click the link of the domain shown in the Your Active Products/Services box.
- Click the green Active button.
- In the Manage Website Order screen, click the red Request Cancellation button.
- Complete the form and click the Request Cancellation button.
- You will see a confirmation screen. You will also receive a confirmation email.
