We create custom Canva templates that feature your campaign logo, image, and color scheme.
Once your template designs are finished, they are shared with you through Canva, an online design tool. The templates are fully customizable so you can easily add your own copy. When you are finished with your item, you will have professional-quality downloadable material suitable for printing.

What is included with the Print Design Package addon?
Our print design package includes custom Canva templates featuring your campaign logo, image, fonts, and colors. We create a brochure template, a postcard template, and a rack card template that are shared with you through Canva. Then you can add your own text to the template, and once your design is complete, you can export your print-ready files.
What is Canva?
How are Canva templates shared?
Canva templates can be shared in a variety of ways. We email you the links to your created templates. This allows you to copy and use the templates in your own Canva account. From there, you can add your own content and make alternate versions. Then you can export your completed design files as PDFs for use by your printer.
What design elements can I edit in a Canva template?
Canva templates are fully customizable, allowing you to edit design elements, including text, images, colors, and fonts. Since we already matched your campaign’s branding and messaging, you just need to fill in the copy.
Can I make multiple versions of print material from the same template?
Yes, you can create multiple versions of print materials from the same Canva template. Simply make edits to the template and export the new design as a separate file.
Can I send you the copy to put in the template?
No. We find that it’s faster and easier for the client to add their own copy. By providing you with templates, you’ll be able to add and edit your own copy without any back and forth from us.
Do you handle printing and mailing?
No. You can export a print-ready PDF file of your items through Canva and work with a local or online printing service to have your materials created and/or mailed. This gives you more pricing flexibility and shipping options.
Canva offers printing services, but they are currently only available for select regions and product types. You can check the printing options available in your region by navigating to the “Order Prints” section in Canva. From there, you can check pricing and shipping options.
Is this service available to anyone?
Right now this service is only available to Online Candidate website clients that have ordered either a custom design package or upgrade. You can order this upgrade with your website or at a later time through the Client Portal.
