Can I still make website updates myself?
Absolutely! The Online Candidate platform is designed for clients to make their own updates. Most clients never use our Update Service, but it’s there if you ever need it.
What is the cost for updates?
We charge $100/hour for updates. Most updates are completed within the quarter hour minimum charge. The minimum charge for an update is $25. For the most efficient use of your billable time, we recommend ‘batching’ your change requests together.
What if Online Candidate is currently building my website?
If we a designing and/or adding your initial website content through one of our website packages or add-ons, changes during that time are NOT considered billable updates. This update service is for after a website has been completed and handed off to the client to maintain.
How do I submit my change requests?
Just use our ticketing system on your Client Portal or within your website administration, and we’ll take it from there.
Can I track the progress of my updates?
Definitely! We believe in transparency. You’ll be notified once your updates are complete, and you can always check in through your portal.
What's the difference between an update request and a support request?
Great question! Update requests are specifically for changes you want to make to your website’s content or design. Support requests are for technical issues or questions about your hosting service. For example, if you are trying to make your own update, and you are having problems getting something to look right, that’s a support request, and we’ll help you fix the issue.
What if I need urgent updates?
No problem! We understand that some changes just can’t wait. Let us know it’s urgent, and we’ll bump you to the head of the line. However, you may want to make changes yourself if something is time sensitive.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the updates?
